How to get to Splitters Farm

From Brisbane 4h 16min (368km)/ South East QLD:

• Travel (3hrs 15min) north from Brisbane (or 2 hours north from Sunshine Coast) along the Bruce Highway A1 towards Childers.
• (5min) drive past Childers, take the Bundaberg exit ramp left at Apple Tree Creek onto Childers Road.
• Continue (35min) towards Bundaberg. The Highway becomes Takalvan Street.
• Follow Takalvan Street (5min) until you see the signs to Gin Gin / Baffle Creek.
• Turn left at the old visitors centre onto the Tallon Bridge that heads north over the Burnett River.
• Continue north onto Queen Street (2min) and then turn left at the roundabout onto Mount Perry Road.
• Continue (8min) along Mount Perry Road past the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens and Hinkler Hall of Aviation for until the road becomes the Bundaberg Gin Gin Road. Continue past SSS Strawberries and down the hill over Splitters Creek Bridge.
• Take the first right hand turn after crossing Splitters Creek onto Ten Mile Road .
• Turn immediately right again into Blairs Road and travel 2km to the very end of the road and you’ll see the stone gate entrance of Splitters Farm.

From Gladstone 2h 10min (186km) / Central & North QLD:

• Travel south bound (53min) along the Bruce Highway towards Miriam Vale
• Turn left at Miriam Vale onto Fingerboard Road and then Table Land Road towards Berojondo and Rosedale (34min) until you reach the Lowemead Road T-intersection.
• Turn left at intersection onto Lowemead Road.
• Lowemead road becomes Rosedale Road, follow (40min) until you reach T-intersection at SSS Strawberries and Bundaberg Gin Gin Road
• Turn Right at SSS Strawberries onto Bundaberg Gin Gin Road (2min).
• Continue down the hill over Splitters Creek Bridge.
• Take the first right hand turn after crossing Splitters Creek onto Ten Mile Road.
• Turn immediately right again into Blairs Road and travel 2km to the very end of the road and you’ll see the stone gate entrance of Splitters Farm.

From Gin Gin 33min (43.0km) / QLD West:

• Head South on Mulgrave Street and turn left and head South East towards Bundaberg from Gin Gin on Bundaberg Gin Gin Road (39.4km)
• Approx 3-4 kms past Sharon State School & Sharon shop take the left hand turn into Ten Mile Road.
• Turn immediately right again into Blairs Road and travel 1.7km to the very end of the road and you’ll see the stone gate entrance of Splitters Farm.
